”We were in the cheapest room type so we weren't expecting a view but in fact we could see sideways across the bay and inland which was very green. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished with plenty of storage. It had two chairs and a little table which means you don't always have to sit on the bed. Teas, milks and biscuits were topped up daily which is by no means the case in all hotels. The breakfast was acceptable, some good additional choices can be ordered instead of the buffet. A fan...

”Emme ole aikaisemmin saaneet niin sydämellistä vastaanottoa kuin saimme kokea myöhäisen kirjoittautumisemme yhteydessä saapuessamme hotelliin. Koko henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä, avuliasta ja kohteliasta hotellin asiakkaita kohtaan. Omistajapariskunta oli vastassa. Olimme viestittäneet, että tulemme klo 21:n jälkeen, jolloin ravintola oli jo kiinni. Meiltä tiedusteltiin hotellin viestissä, onko meillä pienen purtavan suhteen tarpeita/ toivomuksia koko päivän kestäneen lentomatkan...

”This is a renowned upmarket hotel in a very beautiful setting. However when we checked in we were struck by the rather cool formality of the 'welcome' ... we felt as though we were simply processed in a pretty impersonal way with no warmth whatsoever. When we reached our room, we were amazed to discover it wasn't equipped with even a tiny fridge ... presumably to encourage guests to spend £ in the hotel bar.
We did enjoy our stay, nonetheless. Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable, so...
