If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

Clean, comfortable and great location

Our family of 4, all over 18, had plenty of space to relax in between hiking day trips to Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Zion, and Bryce Canyon. Lots of restaurants nearby, pool and hot tub steps away. Highly recommend!!

Great stay in Kanab

It was a great house and lovely town to visit. I wish I knew that the hot tub is open all year long !! Maybe that was oversight on my part. The walk to town wasn’t bad also there is a great playground walking distance away. I guess the only down side is that the terrace door upstairs was a bit damaged (not sliding properly) and maybe that would be important for someone looking to go outside there. We only opened the door a bit at night for fresh air.

Exactly as promised, and so glad we stayed here in Kanab! Nice pool and spa, well maintained public spaces, and this unit specifically had anything we could need. Perfect and at a good price!

Great location

We enjoyed the location of the property to downtown. It was wonderful having the pool outside the back door. I’m not sure if I misunderstood the listing but I was surprised that there was only one full bath upstairs with the three bedrooms. Also a bench would have been nice inside the front door for us to take off our shoes. It was a little crazy having 5 of us come in the door and needing to take off hiking boots. We did enjoy having a full size washer/dryer. The covered parking was nice on those hot days.

Balloons and Tunes

We go to Kanab every year for the Balloons and Tunes festival. This was our first time staying at this condo. It was a great place to stay, very close to everything and spacious. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with all the dishes/pots/pans we needed. The hot tub was nice as well, friendly and fast communication. Thank you!
