”I reserved a rolling bed in the room and it was not set up. Had to ask 3 times before it was finally set up in the room. It was supposed to be set up when we got to our room. There was also a Harvard medical conference when we were there and they took over the hotel. It was loud and made it uncomfortable for other hotel guest. No space to sit in the main lobby area. Conference should be held Away from main lobby area. There were posters everywhere and little space for other guests. Food was not...

”The rooms could use a renovation. The beds are so uncomfortable and there is zero air circulation. The staff is friendly and helpful. Walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighboring rooms conversation as if you’re in the same room. Great location and easy walk to everything. Despite the outdated room, I’d still stay here again for the price and convenience. ”
