Cramped Triple Room and Frustrating Laundry
We stayed in a triple room as a group of four during our 20-day trip around Japan. The room was small with a narrow hallway, making it difficult to open all our luggage and move around comfortably.
There’s a restaurant on the first floor offering breakfast for a fee, but the food didn’t impress—just okay. On the bright side, we really appreciated the wide selection of complimentary personal items in the lobby, as well as free drinks like juice, water, coffee, and tea.
One major downside was the washer/dryer combo machine. It takes 120 minutes to complete a cycle, and even then, our clothes came out very damp—not ideal for travelers trying to refresh their wardrobe mid-trip.
Overall, the hotel has thoughtful amenities, but the cramped space and ineffective laundry setup make it less ideal for families or longer stays
