”Worst stay ever - DON'T GO THERE! The place is a mess. So dirty everywhere. On top of a cabin we found a thick layer of dust and a condom package, cables were hanging out of the walls, probably blood on a pillow (so disgusting) and the pool water was so dull that we wouldn't let our kids swim in it. And on top of all that we have probably take bed bugs back home from this horrendous place. On top of that the owner all of a sudden wanted us to pay for our stay in cash even though we had payed...

”We were met at the airport by the property caretaker Mr Welgama, who was extremely helpful and kind. The villa was overall a nice property but poorly equipped and maintained. On our arrival, we found the rear garden of the property was strewn with rubbish, old bottles and the remains of a bonfire. On examination, neither cooker in the kitchen was operational, there was no electric kettle or means of boiling water, and the cupboards were mainly full of rubbish and had no handles on the doors....

”Eigentlich hätte das eine 4-5 Sterne Bewertung werden können jedenfalls wenn man das preis leistungs-Verhältnis beachtet. Das Haus in dem wir 2 Schlafzimmer hatten ist schön. Die Küche ist zur gemeinsamen Benutzung mit anderen Gästen. Das Frühstück ist OK (toast butter Marmelade) zum selbst aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen. Raymond der vor Ort für das Haus zuständig ist, ist sehr hilfsbereit. Auch die putzfrau ist sehr nett und hat uns Handtücher oder Bettzeug extra gegeben. Die Lage ist OK. Etwas von...

Mr Asangha Perera and his team at the admin desk were very capable and attentive . "Ketjun hotelli parhaasta päästä. Upeat maisemat, kauniit huoneet ja erinomainen palvelu. Aamiainen, oikeammin brunssi, oli todella runsas. Kävelymatkan päässä iso ostoskeskus, rantabulevardi, ShangriLan ravintolat jne. Allasalue ei aivan yllä muun hotellin tasoon, mutta sekin oli kuitenkin ok ja tilaa oli. Kaikenkaikkiaan erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde."

"I had three nights in superior room with partial sea view, and it was really spacious and had a nice balcony. Room itself was 10/10. Rooftop pool and bar is nice, but during evening it might be very full. Only minus for housekeeping, which wasn't easy to have. Finally in the evening 7pm I got someone knocking my door if I needed something and finally they took my dishes from room breakfast. Service at reception was great, and I was welcomed to spend there time after check out before midnight flight."
