”Cape Point on paikalliseen tasoon verrattuna hyvätasoinen hotelli. Se on suhteellisen pieni ja intiimi sekä hyvin hoidettu ja johdettu. Hotellialue on toki jo melko vanha, mutta se on piedetty hyvässä kunnossa. Ravintolan hinnat ovat hiukan liian kalliit tasoon nähden, mutta eivät kohtuuttomat. Palvelutaso on ok. Hotellissa on pieni allasalue ja ranta. Vieressä on alueen paras hotelli ja vastapäätä sekä lyhyen matkan päässä ravintoloita sekä paikalliskojuja. Bakau on Gambian kehittynein kaupunki...

”A Gem; construction at Kalimba so they rebooked us at the adjacent Kamara resort. Great property: aircon nice and cold, good breakfast offering, tasty food at restaurant. Front desk staff helped in arranging a driver to visit monkey park, crocodile pools, city tour, and car to airport. Would love to go back. Only nit I have is provided toiletries were skimpy”

”As mentioned, I double booked a second rez for a friend to test what was being offered on Expedia - meaning that my 2nd rez I effectively had 2 rooms reserved for the same day; however 3 rooms still shoed being available with private shower. The staff assured me that this time I would get the room with private bath. ONE staff allowed the transfer with the new rez but a few hours later another staff asked for additional money for this room with the manager behind the scene on the phone. I...

”This is a true gem. The owners were wonderful. They called to check on me and even surprised me with dinner a couple nights (which was amazing). The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well. I will surely stay there again. The WiFi signal was the best I have ever experienced in The Gambia. I highly recommend it. They told me they are opening a restaurant in December which will be great. ”
