The home was perfect for us: clean, well-appointed, well-located close to the city, all-one-floor (one of us is handicapped), plenty of parking (even for additional visitors), and a large fenced-in yard. ”The place is very quaint but a bit tight for our group. For example, you could not open the basement door and the back door at the same time. This made unpacking and reloading a challenge. The downstairs "lounge" was somewhat finished with painted walls floor and overhead. Very low ceilings down there as well. My 6'4" husband banged his head more than a few times. ”Spacious and great for a quick night stay! We had six guests for a night and everyone was comfortable. Everything was clean. The kitchen is small, but served it's purpose for us. It is on the second floor, so guests will need to be able to walk up the wooden stairs around the back of the home.Overall if you need to find a place for a night with a great price, parking, and about a 25 minute drive from downtown, stay here!”

”We had a wonderful stay here although there was something out of control of the owner. A skunk had died before we got there so there was a very bad smell in the front of the house which did kind of disturb a portion of our stay and we had to buy a candle to try to mask the smell. We stayed for two night for the day before the wedding and the night after. It had everything we needed and the dining room had enough space for 2 makeup artists and 1 hair stylist to set up.
