”Very clean and staff was great. The only issue that I had was that I felt like I walked back into 1995. This is definitely a pure profit property. Although it was a very clean facility and the staff was pleasant, they could spend a couple of dollars upgrading. The least that they could do is ad a usb port to charge a phone like every other facility that charges the same price. ”

”Check in staff was very sweet! Everything is nice and comfy and clean. It has old carpet though, smells funny and feels like a super 8 thlugh. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. I specifically chose a hotel that had breakfast but this hotel did not. They offered 2 packaged pastry options as breakfast. It was a muffin or a honeybun. They should advertise as no breakfast and then put those 2 pastries out as complimentary treats if they want.”

”This was a great location for my visit to Kankakee. Lots of restaurant and store options. The staff was very helpful and kind. I booked my trip through Expedia, and I booked a king bed room, but the hotel was kind enough to call me back to notify me that Expedia overbooked the room and they were able to offer a different option for me if I was okay with that. Which I was very happy, thankful, and greatful for that. Hotel also had a great breakfast option. ”

”The first room wasn't clean and they immediately gave me another, which was immaculate. The cooked to order breakfast was excellent. There was a soft chair in the room which was appreciated. They only had caffienated coffee in the room. When I asked for more coffee, they only gave me 3. Didn't try the coffee at breakfast. ”

We both work remotely and the WiFi was great for both of us; not a glitch. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was easy to cook in.
