Three bedrooms, two full baths, and two living areas inside a classic Kansas City craftsman. The primary bedroom sleeps two on a queen. The second bedroom sleeps two. The third bedroom has flexible sleeping for two more. A galley kitchen, formal dining space, bright front sitting room, and a second living room spread across the main floor. Out front, a deep covered porch with seating. Out back, a patio for coffee, dinner, or sunset.

Guests and visitors
- Up to 6 guests, matching your booking. Day visitors are fine. Overnight guests beyond your reservation count are not.

- No parties, gatherings, or events.

Quiet hours: 11 PM to 7 AM
- Sound carries on a quiet street. Keep voices low on the front porch and the music inside after 11 PM.

The 1920s home itself
- Shoes off inside, please. The original hardwood floors are a hundred years old and we want them to last another hundred.
- No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property, including the porches and yard.
- No candles or open flames. The fireplace is decorative.

Parking
- Park on Wyoming Street or the back driveway

Trash and recycling
- Bins are by the back gate. Pickup day is Tuesday morning.

Heading out
- Lock all doors and windows when you leave the house, even for a quick coffee run.
