Would not stay here again, and the real problem isn't comfort, it's safety.
We got back from dinner around 11pm and the door code we'd been given earlier that day no longer worked. There's no front desk, no staff on site, and no one to call. We stood in a dark alley texting the hotel back and forth trying to get a working code. When we finally got a response, it was flat and unapologetic. Locking paying guests out of their hotel at night with no one on site isn't a minor hiccup. It's a safety problem, and on its own it's enough reason to book somewhere else.
The rest only reinforced it. There's no staff and no signage. Everything, including your door code, is buried in Expedia messages. When we arrived we couldn't find any of it and ended up on the phone with a rep who could barely communicate the code or our room number. Once inside, nothing in the building is labeled, so you wander with your luggage trying to find your room. The rooms themselves are clean and cute but tiny. There's nowhere to put anything, so clothes end up on the floor, and the beds are too small for two average-sized adults. There's also a bar or club downstairs bumping loud techno until 1am. Good luck sleeping before then.
Cute concept, but the no-staff, code-only model falls apart the second something goes wrong. And it will. Skip it.
