Really enjoyed the place and the fact that it was quiet and not crowded with people. Check in was a breeze and the decor was great. I loved the bedding, and it was really comfortable and the shower was a gem. Shopping was really close, so that was nice. The few thoughts and suggestions…
1. Parking. While there was parking in the back, there seemed to be a vehicle there all 3 days with a flat tire that took up a valuable parking spot for guests, so having that spot would have been nice as every other spot was taken and twice I had to park on the brick area to the right of the entrance. I understand street parking if needed, but a broken down vehicle taking up a spot when parking is limited is huge.
2. A suggestion of a mini fridge in the room. Many times when you’re out and about and visiting restaurants, you may want to bring food back, or toss a water bottle in there, but you can’t.
3. A little extra lighting, would have been nice. I understand keeping the feel of historic, but if one is trying to do their hair or makeup it’s a little challenging to do so.
4. The coffee and champagne and few snacks were definitely nice, however on Sunday morning, there were no clean cups nor water in the coffee machine. And this was around 9:30. Due to this, we ended up going out for coffee.
Other than those few suggestions, it was wonderful and would return again.
