We had booked better room, but we were told that bambu hut was only available. He told that rooms that you book from Hotels.com are all the same, no matter what level you book. After we arrived, there was still all room types available, but we were told just 5 minutes before that our room was only ...

I have visited this hotel for over ten years. It feels like coming home. What makes this one of favourite hotels in the world are the team who work here and who feel like family. Hotel always clean and any issues I have had have been resolved rapidly and effectively.
