Ryokanit – Kantō

”Great place to stay. Own private bath in the balcony was nice too.”

”Amazing stay ,100% recommend!”

”I really enjoyed my stay in this historical hotel! I got a really nice room in the forest wing so I could see the woods. It was peaceful and bed was really comfy. Loved the spa too. Will come back!”

”Decor is dated. Worn out furniture. The room is pretty dimmed, not enough lighting. Food is excellent. Friendly staff.”

”Beautiful and funky property. The shared spaces were very nicely appointed with a room full of records and artsy books. Loved the indoor and outdoor onsens here as well. The tatami mats and floor seats were a unique experience as well. The only small negative is that it is a little off the beaten path but even with that point & that it was raining, we very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.”

”Kylpylä oli vaatimattomampi kuin odotin mutta toimiva. ”

”The staff here were so friendly and helpful. They really made you feel welcomed and helped you settle in. The property is beautiful, a classic traditional Japanese style ryokan and they provide slippers and robes as well. It was a very enjoyable stay for us. Even given the 15-20minute walk from the train station, you’re surrounded by beautiful nature and architecture, so it doesn’t feel very far at all. Our room had a private onsen which was fantastic, definitely a highlight! We recommend...

”This is a beautiful Japanese inn. We loved having the whole experience including the use of the private onsen, the beautiful tatami mats, the delicious multi course meal, and wonderful staff. It's very close to gora station so it's very convenient. It's a wonderful value for a indescribable experience.”

”Super friendly staff that helped in every occasion, rooms were so nice, all the onsens were great quality. This is truly amazing place where you can relax and enjoy. ”
