Oceanfront Hawaiian-Style Cottage :: Valinnainen Guest Cottage

Vain muutaman askeleen päässä vettä, Aloha Mökit ovat pohjimmainen Oceanfront majoitusta - mukavat huonekalut, leveä lankku puulattiat, lämmin suola ilma tuulet ja merinäkymät rauhoittaa sielua. Sunrise Mökin etupiha on suosikkipaikka katsella valtameren muuttuvia tunnelmia (ja valaita talvikuukausina). Sekoitus itärannikon Cape Codin ja hawaijilaisten istutustyylien kanssa, vintage-mökit ovat tilavia ja kevyitä, ja niissä on yksinkertainen sisustus - kaikki mitä tarvitset rentouttavaan, nuorentavaan Kauai-pakoon.

Tarvitsetko enemmän tilaa? Lisää Moonrise Guest Cottage toinen makuuhuone ja kylpy majoittaa jopa 2 enemmän ihmisiä, yhteensä jopa 8 molemmissa mökeissä (4 makuuhuonetta / 3 kylpyhuonetta). Äskettäin uusittu Moonrise Guest Cottage on viehätys bambu katos sänky ja peek-a-boo merinäköala. Avoin, valkoinen sisustus on korostettu rauhoittavilla valtameri blues hauskaa, trooppinen tunnelma. Tilava ruoka-alue, jossa on jääkaappi / pakastin, kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin, tehosekoitin, mikroaaltouuni, sopii mainiosti yksinkertaisiin aterioihin sekä suuren ruostumattoman teräsprofiilin ja propaanipuolen polttimen.

Päärakennuksen kauniisti remodeled keittiö tarjoaa gourmet-kokkeja sekä mikroaaltouunit upealla merinäköalalla. Ruostumattoman teräksen työtaso, checkerboard lattia, ja glassfront kaapit muistuttavat vintage mökki sisustus. Päivittää laitteiden ja graniitti-kärjessä niemimaa tekevät kokin unelma.

Molemmissa mökeissä on WiFi, taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin, kaikki vuodevaatteet, mukaan lukien rantapyyhkeet, kattotuulettimet, alas ja sängynpeitteet.

Lovely Stay!

We so enjoyed the house and property! The location is close to town, adjacent to a bike and walking path, and watching the tides roll in and out was wonderful.Our family fished in the ocean right in front of the house, and walked along the waters edge.We had everything we needed in the house and the host was in excellent communication.We would stay here again!

Beautiful House

The location is amazing and the house was beautiful. Wonderful to sit out on the porch and look at the amazing ocean. The only thing that was surprising was the number of ants and cockroaches. We followed all of the recommendations of keeping food in Ziploc bags and taking out the trash regularly. We made sure and not leaving anything out they could get into. Might want to provide bait and bug spray or possibly have the home sprayed before guests arrive. Additionally, the front door lock was quite a challenge. The owner was very responsive regarding this and was kind enough to send someone out to look at it, but even after that it never comfortably locked. Overall the trip was great!!!

Beautiful, waterfront cottage

We had an absolute blast staying in this beautiful, waterfront cottage - the location is perfect! Right along an amazing bike trail that hugs the coast, walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. The cool, ocean breeze was perfect for sleeping at night. Snorkeling right out front brings green sea turtles and so many tropical fish! The place even comes with two sea kayaks for exploring the area. I highly recommend staying here - this was such an incredible place!!!

Hawaii Paradise

The Oceanfront Hawaiian-Style Cottage was a perfect fit for our family--it was an excellent setting, very comfortable and well provisioned with dishes, beach equipment, towels, bedding, etc. --everything we needed to enjoy a Hawaiian Paradise. The welcoming book was excellent--easy to read and very helpful with its breadth of topics and instructions. The view of the sunrise was extremely beautiful and very energizing every morning. The front porch and the openness of the home with the breeze flowing through from the open front door to the open back door was very refreshing. The location was very convenient for our travel to local beaches, our Blue Hawaiian Helicopter ride, our tubing adventure, to local farmers markets, shops and restaurants (food trucks), and to both the North Shore and South Shore attractions. Thank you for making your home available for us.

Lovely Kauai

Sunrise cottage has it all! Aside from the beautiful views and the great accommodation, its location is awesome for visiting west, south and north shores. We used the walking path daily and it was so convenient to visit eateries and sights in Kapaa. But the best part is the people and how responsive the host and property manager are when we have an issue. Thank-you for making our stay an unforgettable one. Mahola :)

The house is super cute and in a nice location. Floors and kitchen were a little dirtier than we expected. Loved sitting out on the lanai and front yard watching the sunrise and the bikers/walkers go by.

We loved our stay here. It was our first trip to Kawai and we found this location to be very convenient. Plenty of options to eat and shop nearby. We loved the cottage!! Cottage on Kauai

Both my husband and I enjoyed the cottage. It was comfortable, well-stocked with things like knives, dishes, spices…everything one needs, even plastic glasses for the beach. The pedestrian/bike walkway to the left of the house goes for nearly 4 miles…maybe more. It’s easier to walk to the town of Kapa’a via this walk than to drive and find a parking spot. It’s no more than 1/4-1/2 mile to the Olympic Cafe and shops. We had a lot of rainy weather so both times we went to Hanalei, it was raining and both times we got alerts on our phones warning of severe weather and that the bridge may be closed without notice. We didn’t miss not having AC in the house. It is well ventilated with the louvered windows throughout. The house is just as cute as the photos.

If this house came up on your search, you are very, very lucky, indeed!

We rented this house for a week and were totally blown away with its location and charm. The pictures do not lie. I rent a home every year for my son, daughter in law and two grandchildren. This is the first time we all said we'd like to do the same thing next year. We felt as though we landed in paradise, and not just because of the beautiful island of Kauai, but this amazing home as well. They seem to book up pretty quickly, as our first choice for next year was already booked. We are determined to make it work so we're back to the drawing board to find new dates. The homeowners have immense pride of ownership in their property and it shows.

These sweet cottages were perfect for our family of 8 adults. The home is well supplied with kitchen items, and all the beach items available make it easy to show up and relax. There are plenty of places around the cottage to gather and enjoy the breeze of the ocean across the street. Close enough to stores and restaurants to walk. We would definitely come back. Susan is easy to work with and is a lovely person.

Adorable Cottage that is Perfect Beach House

This house is absolutely adorable! We never caught the little road separating the house from the ocean in the pics but it’s one way traffic and has one lane for pedestrian and bike traffic so really wasn’t a busy road. It’s a short walk north to Baby Beach to enter the water since the only way to get in from the house would be to climb down a wall and onto lava rocks (not advised). The house is fully stocked with everything you need utensil, cup, and plate wise with a really lovely wooden china cabinet. There is no AC so make sure you keep the timer on the fans reset to stay cool and open all the windows. Never got hot at night so this method works. The guest rooms have standing fans too which help since they don’t get as much cool breeze as the master. Chickens will try to come in the open front doors but easy to get out. They also have all the beach gear you need, and the umbrellas were really life savers for our trip. There were three of us and we fit nicely. Wouldn’t recommend more than 3 adults or will be cramped as not a lot of storage in the guest bedrooms. If you have more adults I’d highly recommend renting the Moonrise cottage. Just a note if you don’t rent the Moon cottage as well then the wonderful hosts do stay there. The only complaint we can muster up is the difficulty locking the doors. Even following the steps it is still a challenge but eventually always worked out after messing with it for a while. The house and grounds are super nice and definitely what beach house dreams are made of. Being centrally located on the eastern shore meant equal distance trips to the north and south shores. Kapa’a is a super cute town with a great fruit stand and lots of shops that we enjoyed. In the end the hosts are incredibly responsive, super nice and welcoming, and just lovely people.

Great rental

Had a blast exploring Kauai with our 3 adult children and their partners. The house (for the kids) and cottage (for my husband and self) we’re perfect. Both were equipped with everything needed for our stay and the view from the porch was fantastic. The property manager stopped by to welcome us with some beautiful flowers from her garden. I would highly recommend this rental and we all hope to return soon!
