Welcome to "The Seashore Hideaway", an oceanfront condo with amazing up close views of the ocean! Listen to the mesmerizing sound of the ocean all day long, from the minute you first open the front door. Walk inside, and living room sliding glass doors open to the vast ocean right in front of you. We are located on the second floor, in one of the few units closest to the ocean. We are located in Kapaa, on the gorgeous and lush Hawaiian island of Kauai! Well cared for and beautifully furnished condo with beach decor, beautiful artwork, well stocked kitchen, California king sized bed, air conditioned bedroom, free WiFi, 55 inch cable tv with soundbar in living room, second tv in bedroom, sound proof double-pane windows in bedroom for quiet and privacy, beach equipment, barbecue grills, swimming pool, a goody basket, and free parking. Our spectacular and calming piece of paradise will not disappoint! Enjoy the vacation of your dreams with breathtaking and unobstructed views of the ocean! Rest and relaxation awaits you! Sit on the spacious lanai and listen to the ocean waves, enjoy the gorgeous sunrise, take a stroll on the sandy beach below you, or lounge by the cozy pool. Centrally located on Kauai's Coconut Coast, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and close to kayaking on the Wailua River, hiking at the Sleeping Giant trails, and swimming and picnicking at Lydgate Beach Park. Our central location on the coast provides easy access to all tourist attractions on the north and south sides of the island, making for shorter day trips to those parts of the island. Enjoy snorkeling, swimming, fishing, sailing, hiking, scuba diving, helicopter tours, and see the famous and spectacular Napali Coast. Conveniently located only 10-15 minutes from Lihue Airport. Beach front condo with a great view
Beautiful and relaxing view. Nothing better than going to sleep and waking to the sounds of the ocean. The condo is well maintained and nicely decorated. We will definitely come back again.

Seashore paradise!
Beautiful condo right on the beach! Clean and beautifully decorated. Full kitchen with everything you would need to cook. Comfortable king size bed with air conditioning unit in room for cooler climate for sleeping. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels all available for a fun day at the beach, oh and snorkeling gear. Excellent communication with host’s, Regina and Scott. Eastern shore location perfect for touring Southern and Northern shores easily. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Overall a wonderfully experience! We will definitely come back to this parade on the beach!

Great property with amazing views!
We had a great time staying at this condo! The balcony was very comfortable and had amazing views. The room was clean with had plenty of space for us. The listing says it has A/C, which ended up being a single unit in the bedroom that can't be left running while you're away. However, the airflow from the balcony and front-door windows kept us cool enough while spending time in the kitchen/living room. The only other thing we were a little surprised by was how the beach area around the building was very murky/muddy which is not recommended for swimming. Otherwise, we loved staying here!

Amazing experience!
We had an amazing experience. It was super clean and well located. The view of the ocean is amazing and from the living room you can only see the ocean which feels like a cruise ship. Will definitely stay again. Make sure you try the bakery across the street.

Perfect Getaway
Exactly as described, everything met our needs. Enjoyed meals on the lanai watching surfers, turtles, and sunrises. Great location, 30 minutes either way led to great activities. Amazing breeze from front and back of condo/building. Appreciates the ceiling fans and other fans available. Enjoyed dinner at Coconut Market and bringing it back to to the condo as well. Great place for souvenirs as well. Owners were communicative and gave great instructions. Absolutely would recommend.

Enjoyed our stay
This condo is in a very convenient location. We loved watching the sunrises and surfers from the lanai. The kitchen is well supplied for preparing any meal. There are beach chairs, umbrella and even snorkel gear. We drove into Lihue several times and made very good use of Lydgate Beach Park, which is close. The only caviat is the lack of central air conditioning; there is an air conditioner in the bedroom, but the bedroom door must be kept closed when it is on. It was hot and humid early in our visit, and while the many fans were appreciated, the only cool air was in the bedroom. Traffic is busy close to the condo complex entrance, so you have to adjust your driving pattern to find the best way to make a left hand turn. All in all, this is a wonderful condo, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Charming place in an ideal location
Everything about this condo was “as advertised.” Right on the ocean. Beautiful views. An easy walk to restaurants and shops. And the place has everything including beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a small beach cooler. I’d 100% stay there again!

Absolutely wonderful! Our best stay yet at Wailua Bay View
We've stayed at this location on two previous visits to Kauai. However, Regina and Scott were the absolute best and I'm so glad we came upon their listing. The units at WBV are all very similar but it was the little things that made this unit so special. They welcomed us with tasty treats upon arrival and had the perfect amenities to make our stay so easy. We loved having the beach chairs, umbrella, and mini cooler ready for us...which we used every single day of our stay. Of course, the lanai and views at WBV are spectacular and we especially loved the location of this unit, being right at the top of the center stairs (2nd floor) closest to the ocean with no obstruction from other units on the sides. I believe what I appreciated most was the communication with the owners. They communicated so well every step along the way. This is a problem we've had with other WBV owners. I had started by looking at the newly renovated unit right next door and had messaged the owner three times through VRBO, with NO RESPONSE at all. Then, the last time we stayed at WBV, there was potential severe weather coming and we reached out to the owners about any special care we should take with the room if the weather hit. After a delayed response, that owner didn't even know they owned the unit we were staying in. On the contrast, Regina and Scott were absolutely involved and quickly responded to all messages. It was an amazing anniversary trip and we would definitely choose this unit again!
