Aloha ja tervetuloa Ocean View Beach Villa! TÀmÀ tilava ylellinen 3 makuuhuoneen huvila on sisustettu kauniisti ja tarjoaa kaikki kodin mukavuudet sekÀ maailmanluokan trooppisen loman ylellisyyttÀ. Suuri lanai, jossa on mukavat nojatuolit ja suuri sohva, voit nauttia sisÀ- ja ulkotilasta auringonnoususta auringonlaskuun. Sinulla on mahdollisuus pitÀÀ lanai-ovet avoinna ja nauttia tuoreesta Havaijin tuulta tai kÀyttÀmÀllÀ keskeistÀ ilmastointia. Excellent Family experience

Great location. The condo had plenty of room for all of us - 6 adults and 2 children including a lovely balcony with a view of the ocean. We enjoyed the swimming pools (one for adults, one for families) and easy access to the adjacent lagoon.

Hawaiian Dream

We love this property! It was clean, quiet, and walkable. It was so nice to enjoy everything they had to offer from beach toys to spices. It was well taken care of. We visited neighboring hotels and they were so congested and felt overwhelming. The staff was friendly and helpful!! Can’t wait to return!!

Fabulous place

The property is great. It was clean and well furnished. The rooms are large and added to the feeling of peace and tranquility. Seeing the sunset on the ocean on our arrival was a bonus. Everyone was very nice and the communication was easy and efficient. There are two pools: one quiet and long enough to swim lap and one more for fun, with hot spa and bbq all around. The beach bar is also an enjoyable place. And then, there is the lagoon. You can also access the 3 others by foot. There are all magical. There are restaurants, grocery stores and activities accessible from the Villa. The highway is also close if you’re planning more visits. Beautiful, peaceful and joyful place. We were sad to leave and look forward coming back! Mahalo!

Amazing!

The property and the condo were nothing short of amazing! We had two families each of 2 parents and a child, the third room had grandma and aunt. We never felt cramped and all had our own space. The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly want or need. Pool set up was amazing. Great location, we were able to instacart Costco and walk next door to do the Aulani Luau. Definitely will book this place again.

Wonderful layout - short on supplies.

We loved our unit’s layout with separate master bedrooms at either end comfortable furniture UNTIL we started cooking. There were not the usual provisions for saving leftovers: foil, Saran Wrap, zip lock bags, etc. There are 7 of us always choosing VRBO locations for many years, & we love to cook. Additional shortages like paper towels, hand soap, bathroom Kleenex, shampoos and conditioner- all refurnished daily in routine hotel chains. Not here! We heard others imploring at our hospitality desk - one group was calling for more toilet paper! I’m assuming the Ko Olina Village Resort group simply doesn’t require some very basic supply threshold of its owners’ rentals, since any time folks requested something at the hospitality desk they were told to contact that unit’s owners. Such a shame. There are many other rental groups and this was our first such experience; it’s added to our screening process and questions to ask in our next rental.

Ko Olina beauty

This resort/condo sits on one of KoOlina’s 4 lagoons that are connected by a walk way sandwiched between the Disney resort and 4 seasons on the right and Marriott vacation club on the left. The lagoon is dedicated to this resort only which makes it nice a quiet compare to others. Loss of walking and jogging places. Also walking distance to markets, restaurants and coffee shops. Beautiful grounds and great location. Would definitely stay again! Property exactly as advertised. Perfect place to watch sunset at the little bar by beach. Some nights there was live music. A good diversity of people from families to young adults to more mature. Nice break from Honolulu. Fun exploring the coast on this side of the island as well.

Great Location Small Parking Spots

Perfect location, clean, well kept. Would happily stay here again. The property was a bit expensive, especially with fees, but was otherwise exactly what we were looking for. Small nitpicky things were that the parking spots were small and the pots and pans weren't in the best shape. Reiterate, however, that this property was excellent and we would gladly stay again.

Amazing Resort

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina. The rooms are large and comfortable. Well furnished. The pools, coy ponds and common areas are amazing. I visited with my 6 granddaughters, ages 8 through 12 and we had a hard time getting them to leave the resort to visit other Hawaii attractions. Compared to Disney and other nearby resorts, this resort is peaceful and relaxing. Amazingly comfortable. The kitchen is first class. Security excellent. And the lagoons were perfect for our group. I highly recommend it for anyone vacationing in Hawaii.

Amazing Stay

This was our first experience renting a vacation home and this home was just amazing! We were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed cooking together. The staff responded to our questions immediately, we were well taken care of. The stay was also provided with two pools, somewhat private beach lagoon, gym, and zen koi fish garden. Would stay here again!

Great Waikiki alternative

We enjoyed our stay at Ko Olina. The pools and lagoon were a treat after long mornings/afternoons of adventuring on the island. Our group of 6 opted to stay in Ko Olina over Waikiki and enjoyed the quieter and more spacious atmosphere. Easy to get to all areas of Oahu from here. Don’t miss the sunsets!

Great unit and location.

Nice kitchen with everything you need to cook. Restaurants and a small store just a two minute drive/15 minute walk away. Pool and workout facility was well maintained. The beach cove was awesome for the kids.

Wonderful Villa almost perfect

We had an amazing time at Ko’Olina Beach Resort. Staff was great. Checking in was a breeze. villa was awesome to stay in especially if you have family or have friends who you would stay with. Has a great view of the ocean where you can watch the sunset. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen had everything. It does have a washer and dryer. Only thing that needed to be fixed or replaced was the dryer (for us it was minor but for some it might be an issue) it would take hours to dry your clothes or towel you used but there are other ways to dry your stuff. Has stuff that you can take with you to the lagoons (Beach toys, cooler, snorkel gear
etc) Overall its still a 5 star villa. Would recommend it.

Awesome Place!!!

We rented this unit for a full week, during a birthday trip with friends. We had 7 people here, and we fit comfortably. I think 6-7 (adults) is probably the perfect number for this rental. The unit itself is absolutely amazing. Super spacious, gorgeous views, conveniently located, all the good things. The unit is also well stocked, especially to go to the beach, and to use the kitchen. (I’ve stayed in places before and the kitchen is basically useless cause there’s nothing in it. This one was awesome!) The host and staff were super friendly and extremely responsive - especially once we were on site. I will say I was a little nervous in advance because responses were a bit slow leading up to our stay, but once we got here it was perfect! The only SLIGHT con (barely worth mentioning but good to know) is that the dryer takes FOREVER to dry clothes. Some of the folks in our group tried to minimize packing and do laundry
and it took hours upon hours to dry their clothes. (And the dryer was not overloaded
just slow.) Again, nothing to prevent me from staying here again, but if you think you’ll dry stuff “real quick” it won’t happen. Overall, probably the best rental I’ve ever had, and I travel a lot. Will definitely try to stay here again for my next visit!
