The host was welcoming. She responded immediately to my 1st question, the 2nd was responded to the following day. The view from the 6th floor lanai was outstanding. The kitchen was well equipped. Furniture comfortable & in good condition. Could use another comfy chair in the living area. Beds in both rooms comfortable. The couch could accommodate a 5th adult. A travel crib/high chair is provided, along with 4 beach chairs & 1 beach umbrella. Both bathrooms modern & spacious. Plenty of storage.

Great spot for folks looking for a genuinely peaceful Hawaiian experience in the Ko'Olina district. We had older kids and weren't interested in some of the more commercial areas, e.g. Aulani or Four Seasons. Those other places are accessible (literally just down the beach) and cool to visit, but it's nice to return 'home' to a quieter location. That said...parking is a little obnoxious. Not enough to deter a return trip, but enough to observe. Make sure your rig is compact.

Home away from home

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We spent a lot of time on the beach. It’s so perfect we didn’t want to explore much. Everything we needed for beach was provided. Wish there was a boogie board for the kids but they made due with what they had. The views out of every window were breathtaking. The only thing I’d change is I wish we had more towels in the unit. With 6 of us in there I felt like I was washing towels constantly. The washer and dryer came in super handy with 3 teenage girls. We had a great time here and are already planning our next trip.

The property provided a wonderful vacation experience for us. Amenities in the room and on the property were excellent. A new 2nd bed, binoculars and larger parking stall would be the only improvements. Overall, highly recommend for an excellent vacation.

perfect family getaway

Our family enjoyed the lagoon, beach and pool on property. Easy walk to nearby resorts, like Marriott, Aulani, and Four Seasons to enjoy other restaurants and amenities. We loved the luau at the Marriott. Very convenient to have laundry and kitchen in unit and spacious lanai to enjoy sunrise and sunset. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

This property has a beautiful ocean view, which we enjoyed daily. The resort pools and lagoons were wonderful. The property itself was becoming very run down and well used. The towels and linens were old and looked and felt like hundreds of people had used them before us. The furniture in the suite was very old - difficult to open dresser drawers, dining room chairs had paint chipping off the wicker, bar stools were very “wobbly”. The shower door in the master bedroom had such a thick film on it that the squeegee could only skim over the scum. The bed in the second bedroom was low to the floor and difficult to get out of. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The stove top and oven did not work well and there was not a set of four dishes that matched in all the cupboards. The tephlon on the baking pans and frying pans was peeling off. For what we paid/night for this unit, I would have expected higher quality finishes and better kitchen and cookware. I would never recommend this suite to anyone.

Wonderful stay!!!

This property was perfect for us! It was comfortable, yet felt luxurious. The lanai of this particular unit was cool all throughout the day, without direct sun hitting it. The view was beautiful as we could see the lay out of the pool as well as the ocean. We are beyond thankful to have chosen this property!

Wonderful stay!

This place was perfect for our family! The fridge and pantry were well stocked, the pack n play and high chair were in great shape, and the whole place looked just like the photos. We have stayed at the Beach Villas before and love the resort and everything within walking distance. This is a great unit, would rent again!

Great space

I stayed here with my spouse and in-laws and we had a fantastic time! The space was clean and nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We were able to snorkel in the lagoon associated with the resort and there were a number of restaurants within walking distance. The view from the lanai was beautiful and we enjoyed viewing sunsets from the beach! The location also worked well for checking out other spots on Oahu (North Shore, Pearl Harbor, etc.). Worth noting that there’s not a lot of touristy things that we could see directly outside of the resort area.

We were suppose to have a host greet and meet us that didnt happen, so our family of 5 were scrambling around the place trying to figure out where to park , where and how to get all our stuff up to our room. Parking spot didnt fit our vehicle , assigned an economy when told them our vehicle was a van. The Dinning room chairs were left dirty from the previous renters , left us feeling what else was dirty. maintenance came day 2 of our vacation to fix the AC unit in back bedroom. Management company did satisfy the janitors to clean chairs and maintenance to come replace AC unit in back bedroom in a decent time frame. We will be avoiding the Management company for future rentals. Two other groups of family were with us who received stellar treatment from their room rentals made our party feel low. The room overall was nice, and the resort is well kept up.
