The apartment has two tastefully furnished bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single box-spring beds. For extra sleeping space, the pull-out couch in the living room can be converted into two additional beds (160x200cm). There is a modern Smart TV in each bedroom and in the living room to keep you entertained. In addition to the high-quality furnishings, the holiday apartment offers free WiFi to keep you connected to the world.



Two shower rooms are available for a relaxing holiday for all guests. The tasteful furnishings of the apartment create a modern, friendly, warm and inviting ambience. The balcony leads directly to the water and offers you an idyllic opportunity to enjoy the fresh sea air and admire the view.

The practical side of the accommodation includes an underground parking space with a maximum height of 2.05 metres, which offers you a convenient parking option. A bicycle room in the basement is available to all residents of the building to explore the neighbourhood on two wheels. A lift also provides easy access to the apartment.
