From the light-filled living area, you can step directly onto the balcony, which boasts a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. Whether sunbathing or enjoying a barbecue, a true holiday atmosphere is guaranteed!

In the living area, you can relax on a comfortable sofa and enjoy your holiday even on rainy days, perhaps with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace or during a movie night?

The bright, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired for aspiring chefs. Whether using fresh fish from the Kappeln fish market or regional products from Biobente, you can prepare delicious meals here. The open-plan kitchen and living area makes it easy to combine cooking and socializing.

The two bedrooms feature comfortable box-spring beds and high-quality wardrobes; one of them also includes a smart TV.

Another highlight of the apartment is the bright bathroom with a whirlpool tub – pure relaxation!

A parking space is reserved for you directly in front of the property.

The wide, white sandy beach is just a three-minute walk from your holiday home and offers swimming, restaurants, and various beach sections for naturists, dogs, and even surfing and kitesurfing.

The apartment is part of the newly built Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Please note that construction work may still be taking place in the surrounding area. We would be happy to inform you about the current status. However, we do not have information on when future work will be carried out.
