1 large living room with a sofa bed (2m x 1.4m) and separate dining area

1 bathroom with natural light, toilet, two sinks, shower, and hairdryer

Modern, fully equipped kitchen including a ceramic cooktop with oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

Small table and seating area for casual meals.

Flat-screen TV, small stereo system.
