This beautiful apartment building features a penthouse apartment boasting two spacious roof terraces and a generous living area of 183 m². This penthouse offers ample space for eight people and is situated on a peninsula between the Schlei fjord and the Olpenitz sailing and motorboat harbor.

The penthouse apartment will be completed in September 2021 and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and high-quality furnishings. Large windows and high ceilings create a warm and bright atmosphere. Furthermore, the penthouse offers a spectacular 360-degree panoramic view of the Schlei fjord, the Baltic Sea, and the harbor basin.

The open-plan, light-filled living and dining area is perfect for culinary and social evenings. The large dining table comfortably seats eight people, allowing you to enjoy the view across the water through the expansive panoramic windows while dining. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, offering both comfort and design for aspiring chefs. From breakfast in the morning sun to a barbecue on the nearly 44 m² rooftop terrace overlooking the harbor, the Schlei fjord, and the Baltic Sea, anything is possible.
