Enjoy our "sailor's shack" and a clear view over the Baltic Sea and the Schmelzünde lighthouse. The sea borders directly on your north terrace. To the south you can look across a small beach to the harbor exit from the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. The house is completely surrounded by a wooden terrace.

You live on 135m², have 3 bedrooms on the upper floor and a large bathroom with sauna. From this you can see directly over the outer harbor. On the ground floor, the kitchen, living room and dining room are open plan. Large windows provide lots of light and a perfect view of the Baltic Sea or the harbor exit.
