Houseboat in Kappeln with swimming pool

This holiday home isn't just built near or on the water, but actually built directly ON the water, right in the middle of the marina at the Ostsee Resort Olpenitz on the Baltic Sea.

The houseboat is built on a pontoon and is easily accessible via a jetty.

Thanks to its unique design, the house sits peacefully on the water, but it has no engine and therefore cannot be moved from Olpenitz.

The two bedrooms are located directly above the water. The comfortable shower room and the Finnish sauna are also on this level.

A staircase leads to the light-filled living area with a modern kitchenette. This level has a loft-like, open-plan design and is particularly bright and inviting thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. From here, you naturally have a view of the surrounding water. From the living room, you can access the large, adjoining terrace with high-quality garden furniture. The magnificent sun deck sits atop the roof.

The house includes a private boat mooring, which you can use free of charge. It is suitable for boats up to approximately 10 meters in length.


A staircase leads to the light-filled living area with a modern kitchenette. This level is designed like a loft and is particularly bright and inviting thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. You can park your car on the shore in the immediate vicinity of the floating house.
