The SCHLEIBLICK view from one of the light-flooded window fronts falls on the floating houses, the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei with passing sailing ships and the lighthouse of Schleimünde. Just like the beautiful sunsets that can be watched from the balcony, the harbour cinema is also guaranteed.

The harbour promenade is located below the holiday apartment and invites you to shop and stroll with its growing range of shops and short distances.



The successful spatial connection of the modern kitchenette to the exclusive living area emphasises the cosy atmosphere of the quiet surroundings and, together with the exclusive furnishings of the apartment, offers the best template for an unforgettable holiday. There is a sofa in the living room for an extra person, which can be easily converted.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can conjure up delicious holiday meals or a delicious coffee with freshly whipped milk. The balcony invites you to enjoy a barbecue with a view of the water.

Located above the water, you can watch passing sailing ships entering the Baltic Sea from the entire living and dining area and the balcony. In addition to the SCHLEIBLICK, you can also marvel at the Schleimünde lighthouse and the idyllic landscape conservation area around it.

The beautiful bathroom has a modern, floor-level shower, a washbasin with vanity unit and a large mirror.



The holiday apartment, which is located on the 1st floor, is easily accessible via a lift from the nearby separate car parking space.
