They treat you like royalty and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is to your liking. The ONLY con is that it is tucked away a bit far in Ubud, but I actually liked that! The staff initially seemed friendly. However, our experience was completely ruined by their utter lack of professionalism during and after checkout.
