”We have not stayed at this hotel because the receptionist(maybe the owner)said that she prefered to cancel our reservations.Maybe because my wife told her that the room has not black out and was very noise.”

”We had a wonderful stay with great hosts. We woke up every morning to the howling monkeys. The place is peaceful, off from the quite busy main road. A path is leading to the beautiful, beach on walking distance. ”

”The rooms get poor WiFi service, the WiFi is free and strong everywhere else. Breakfast is good, option for eggs made to order, fruit, breads, rice and beans. Beach club food was ok, nothing great. The pool is clean and lovely, and you came beat the ocean view from the front. Walking to and from the main road was safe at night. The paths in the hotel could be better lit at night. ”

”First and foremost, you have to go into the Jungle Lodge with the mindset you are in the jungle staying in, for lack of a better word, a tent on stilts. There is a bathroom and shower, but you are in a tent with all of natures creatures (frogs, spiders, monkeys, etc. ) There are only 4 dwelling in the area. ”We stayed in the hotel for one night when going to Tortuguero. The receptionist didn't speak English but she was very friendly. Room was ok, bed felt first nice and firm but it wasn't that good in the end. But we have had worse in CR! You can park the car right infront of the door. Hotels.com says there is breakfast for purchase but this is not true - no breakfast at all.”

On devait avoir 2 lits doubles mais nous n'avons eu qu'un lit dans une pièce de moins de 8m2. La chambre était au 1er étage et comme mur vers l'extérieur il n'y avait qu'une plaque genre contreplaqué très fine qui était tordue et non jointive.
