Lovely place & lovely couple who owns it and takes care of you, proposes activities, tells stories about the food, locations etc. Lovely breakfast available every morning, in adittion to the coffee available every morning, which they bring to your room. Lovely place with sloths, birds etc around the premises. Lovely location a bit out of town but close to a nice beach, a store and still only a few min drive from town.”

”I put this off but it needs to be done. I booked this home because it was the nicest/cleanest in the area. It is a beautiful home, clean, spacious, a private pool and very comfortable accommodations. On the down side, unfortunately, there is a lot. 1st location, it is secluded not in a good way. I traveled for 3 weeks all over CR and this is the only place I felt uncomfortable and borderline unsafe. Clearly the Caribbean side is not for me. ”Staff was great, casitas were cute, pool was nice. The rooms however are not very sound proof. Other noisy guests there in the pool or nearby rooms can be heard very well. You can hear TV and other noises in the next casita. ”

Part of the reception staff would maybe need an improvement in their attitude, a few of them were not very welcoming and it seemed that they were not very keen on resolving the customer's questions. After all many times the quality of the customer service is what makes the difference.”
