”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Mariposa. Sharon is a wonderful host - she prepared us early with tips for restaurants and area activities. She was very responsive, communicating and responding quickly and thoughtfully. The house is perfect. We especially enjoyed the hammock! It was well appointed to make meals, relax, etc. We used the bikes and appreciated the beach towels. Definitely reserving again!”

”No ac, no hot water, the directions were written by an idiot, filthy, the “shower” is dangerous and not worth the risk, the tub is disgusting and both would be in freezing water. The floor would be more comfortable than the bed. No privacy. The owner of the property can not communicate and when he does he lies. We asked for ac and hot water to be fixed he asked us to mess with his electrical then said someone would come fix it which never happened. He also expected us to blindly sit at the...

Lovely place & lovely couple who owns it and takes care of you, proposes activities, tells stories about the food, locations etc. Lovely breakfast available every morning, in adittion to the coffee available every morning, which they bring to your room. Lovely place with sloths, birds etc around the premises. Lovely location a bit out of town but close to a nice beach, a store and still only a few min drive from town.”
