”The hotel room itself was fine, but the internet barely worked and the tv was internet based so it didn’t work at all. The person who checked us in didn’t wear a mask and insisted that we “go to an ATM to pay in cash,” even though we had put our credit card in through Hotels.com. ”We had such an amazing time at Colores! The hosts and workers at the restaurant were all so friendly and helpful. The beach and town were an absolute dream. We really appreciated the beach chairs and tables provided by Colores. We will absolutely stay here again! Keep in mind that you have to know what you want for your trip. ”Excelente Trato, Emmanuel nos recibió y fue muy agradable , nos explico los Tours que hacen ellos y fue un acierto total, Eric fue un guia muy experimentado con mucha pasion por su trabajo, se esmero en explicarnos muchos detalles, vimos animales increíbles, y el Hotel esta excelente considerando que Tortugero no tiene mucha infraestructura, pero no tuvimos ninguna decepción! Lovely place & lovely couple who owns it and takes care of you, proposes activities, tells stories about the food, locations etc. Lovely breakfast available every morning, in adittion to the coffee available every morning, which they bring to your room. Lovely place with sloths, birds etc around the premises. Lovely location a bit out of town but close to a nice beach, a store and still only a few min drive from town.”
