”Excelente hotel”

”Breakfast was pretty lame. Netflix didn't work. Jacuzzi took an hour to fill up amd luke warm. Room had musty smell. The staff was very nice, but the place itself is very basic. Also no coffee maker or tea. it's pretty I'm not home as I'm a big”

”Die Lodge liegt abgelegen ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß von Tortuguero und erstreckt sich von einer Lagune auf der einen Seite bis zum Meer auf der anderen. Die sauberen Blockhütten mit bequemen Matratzen liegen eingebettet in der Natur. Wir sahen Tukane und Brüllaffen direkt neben dem Restaurant, sowie verschiedene Frösche. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Großes Büffet und Eierspeisen nach Wunsch zubereitet. Sonst haben wir das Restaurant nicht genutzt. Es gibt aber Mittag- und Abendessen. Der Pool...

”We booked tours with the hotel. The guides are very good. During the boat tour, Luis was spotting animals quickly. We also enjoyed the nightly turtle tour. You have to buy a permit to enter the national park yourself- ask them about it when you check in (or anytime before the tour starts)”

”The staff at this hotel are nothing short of incredible. They go out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable and taken care of. We did all the tours with their partner Tuanis Tours and found the guides knowledgeable and fun. All the tours went on a little longer because the guides were determined to make sure we saw all animals possible. They even made the tours enjoyable the few times we got caught in the rain. ”We had 4 HUGE roaches in our room when we arrived! My husband had to kill them; just so we could sleep & feel comfortable-still was hard bc we were wondering if more would come out at night & crawl all over us while sleeping! Next night we had a lizard on our pillows before bedtime. Plus; safety wise we had No glass on the windows had to sleep with only screens on windows!
