”The room was spotless and comfortable. Staff were very friendly.
We enjoyed the resort feature as we had early disembarkation from our ship and late flight the next day, I just wish I had known about the resort fee ahead of time.
The poolside grill was so good and convenient.”

”i went alone for my birthday in november i loved the staff they were so welcoming and they explained everything throughly and i felt very safe. the pool was very clean and the hottub i couldnt stay out of it. everyday my room was cleaned and none of my stuff ended up missing i was leaving my suitcase wide up too. all the excursions was close to the hotel and the ubers was so cheap nothing over 20 dollars i loved it and ill be back ”

”We had an excellent stay in the ocean front room with double windows. Nice and clean, and whatever we would need would be coming to us fast.
In my experience and after three years in the Dominican Republic, the customer service of this country has a lot to improve but Catalonia Santo Domingo was fantastic and exceptional! Kind and smiling staff all around. THANK YOU!

”Absolutely LOVED my stay at Ocean Winds Hotel!!! The service was beyond outstanding, the room was gorgeous, and the view was breathtaking. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was perfect.
