”We absolutely loved our stay. Plenty of restaurants to walk to as well as a little grocery store. Felt very safe, security at the entrance gate and security at the gate from the beach to the property. Slight issue with description, saying the property is beachfront. ”We had a wonderful time here! This is our third time staying in Kite Beach. We absolutely loved Michael and Alicia's place! The condo was so clean and bright and the decor was so tastefully executed. We had everything we could've needed for our stay. The guide book provided was extremely helpful and overall, the staff were superb! We had a bit of a long wait before we could check in but I think that was due to unforseen circumstances. ”Overall a wonderful vacation - Two parents over 65 and two adult children. Nicole was a great host and checked in to make sure everything was in order. We rented a car (recommended), stopped at the National Supermarket by airport and bought breakfast food and snacks. Easy 15 min drive to apt. It helps to check google maps before you arrive to get oriented. Penthouse was beautiful. It seemed as if we had the whole place to ourselves. (Pool and beach were empty). ”We enjoyed our 4 week stay in this lovely beachfront condo. Kitchen was well stacked with utensils. Bedrooms very spacious and tranquil.The complex is beautiful and very well kept by groundsmen. Security staff were always visible and on hand. The only drawbacks were the distance from the town for groceries and access to the beach which differed greatly from the pictures on the website.”

"Hotel was quite a big disappointment considering price per night was 900$. We had issues for cold room without heating, no hot water most of the time, and also we had ants on our beds headboard. Cleaning service was not included to the room price which was ridiculous. They did come and cleaned it for free since we had ants problem though. Otherwise it was only available upon request with gratitude fee. All restaurants were also fully booked the time we stayed at Atlantis. Staff was friendly and helpful which was positive. Consigliere on the lobby also helped us organize great trip to Exuma with Bahama Boys - 10/10 for that trip! For that money we did expect more from Atlantis but the resorts did offer plenty of entertainment which we did enjoy. "
