”This place is amazing! The apartment is beautiful, fully equipped, and just 2 minutes to the most beautiful beach! Ocean view. Pristine white, sandy beach, and crystal clear waters. We were able to walk over a mile without seeing anyone else to the western tip of the island which is a nature preserve. ”The home was in a perfect location and offered all the comforts of home. The apartment was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The master bedroom shower was incredible, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus during our stay. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.”

”I checked in and found that the hot water and WiFi were not working in the unit. Contacted the host. Said they would send people up to fix it. Maintenance never came. Thinking it was maybe a little late contacted him again the next day with no response. Asked for a partial refund which was refused by the host. Unit also had a few other inconveniences. ”Well maintained property with almost everyting at a walking distance. Checking method and communication on the weekend could be better, but overall I would highly recommend Residancial plaza colonial to anybody who wants to enjoy the vibes of the city.”

”The beach area was accurate. The condo was not clean, there was mold growing in the shower and the bathroom door and floor obviously had water damage and was coming off. The toilet had not been cleaned thoroughly. The listing stated that the kitchen appliances were new and the sofa was new, but that was also not the case.”

”The pool was a very short walk from our unit who we appreciated! So was the laundry but you have to buy tokens when the office is open so we didn’t get to use it. The room was clean overall ”
