”Lovely spot in Dunedin. Lisa made us feel so special with lovely additions of bread and fresh flowers. Quite a delightful spot near all the prime locations in Dunedin and the place has wonderful views. We enjoyed playing records on the turntable and lounging in the lovely living room. Highly recommend this exquisite Edwardian grand home. ”

”We spent a week in Dunedin for a university conference and had a lovely time at the property. The house was cozy, well-appointed, and convenient for public transit (on the 8 bus). Would definitely stay again.”

”Great property for family. It had everything we needed and the log fire was fantastic on a cold winter Dunedin day! Host was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Spa pool was advertised but not at the property although not really an issue for us. One or two maintenance tasks needed attending to but not at all detracting from the property. Location was great if you have a vehicle. Beautiful view of the ocean.”

”Richelle was a great host; the house was well prepared, including milk and coffee pods. She made sure the heating was on for our arrival which was quite nice! The views, as the title of the property says, are amazing, looking out over the bay. It's located in McAndrew Bay on the peninsula, and it's a quick drive back into Dunedin, or further down the peninsula to see the seals and sea lions. We truly enjoyed our stay!”

”Property was awesome close to town clean comfortable and well appointed. Thoughly enjoyed our stay only small negative was the parking.”

”Such a great wee get away spot not too far from Dunedin city. 2min walk to the beach and it is beautiful even on a miserable day. Has everything you could need for a week away with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Fire heats the whole house but there are also lots of other heating options. Friendly hosts and the property was clean and tidy and well looked after. Looking forward to our next trip already!”
