Perhehotellit - Karlovy Vary, Karlovy Vary

”Beautiful hotel. Spotless. Great location. Close to everything. Awesome views. Free parking. Wonderful staff. Really nice breakfast. Feels very homely.”

”No key handover. Slow communication and doubled parking fee than previously announced (20 Euro per day) We had to wait outside in the cold for 30min even though we notified the host several time before arriving (30 minutes via telephone). ”

”Great and helpful staff.”

”Property is nice overall and breakfast was ok, small buffet choice but excellent coffee. What majorly lets the hotel down is the misrepresentation of parking facilities, which is a 15 mins walk away uphill. We specifically booked with parking as one of our party has a disability and struggles with strenuous walks. The parking information should have been clearer- we would have selected an alternative accommodation if we had known.”

”Tilava ja korkea huone. Hyvä sijainti. Kylpyläosasto pieni, mutta siisti. Aamupala monipuolinen.

”We were mainly impressed with everything and would happily stay there again. The spa didn't seem as luxurious to us as the rest of the hotel but ”

”Nice room, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, perfect location.”

”Staff o.k., clean room, super breakfest.. ”

”From the moment we walked in with our cross-continent backpacks in tow the staff was attentive, helpful and kind. The property was just what we needed for our ladies meet up in Czechia, Amsterdam-Seattle. The room was spacious and clean. The pillow menu was lovely. My daughter absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. Compared to the standards in the United States this was far and beyond a luxury experience. My only critique which makes me rethink booking at this particular location is the spa...

”Very, very nice staff, close to the center, clean, but not very easy to approach (the street front of the hotel was under reconstruction while we we there). All in all I'd recommend strongly.”
