This apartment has recently been completely refurbished and welcomes you with a fresh and modern design.



The location is ideal: Situated right in the heart of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, you can reach the vibrant city center of Karlsruhe in just 4 tram stops. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, the trade fair is also easy and convenient to reach.



Start your day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee in the open designer kitchen made of fine solid wood. The freestanding lime-green Smeg fridge and the high-quality equipment make breakfast a special experience. The round glass dining table seats up to 6 people – perfect for a cozy get-together.



The adjoining living area invites you to relax with a comfortable 2-seater sofa and two poufs. The sofa can also be used as a sofa bed, ideal for additional guests.



The bathroom is modern and elegantly designed, with a spacious shower and a convenient washer-dryer. Fresh towels, shower gel, and shampoo are provided for you.



A special highlight of this apartment is the private garden, a true oasis of peace right in the city. Surrounded by a lemon tree, an olive tree, and lush plants, the garden offers plenty of privacy. On the small terrace with seating for 6 people and a Weber grill, you can unwind and enjoy your evenings.



The two stylish bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box-spring beds (1.80 x 2 m), large wall art above the beds, and chic decorative elements. A desk in each room provides space for work or personal tasks. For your clothes, there is a chest of drawers and a clothes rack. A small seating area invites you to read and relax.



Additionally, you have access to a fitness room in the basement with various exercise equipment, so you can stay fit during your stay.
