Villa Doria is a spacious holiday home with pool in the quiet village Škropeti in Central Istria.

The house is located on an enclosed property of 2000 sqm where guests have use of a pool of 24sqm, covered terrace with dining table, barbecue, children's playground with swing and slide, table tennis, badminton / volleyball net and several parking spaces.

In the village itself there is a shop and café, about 1 km from the house is a restaurant. Other usable facilities such as supermarket, ATM, bakery and others are in Pazin, about 11.5 km away, while in 25 km distant city of Porec there are beaches and various leisure activities.



Villa Doria of 180 sqm on two floors is equipped for 8 people. On the ground floor is spacious air-conditioned living area with equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, one air-conditioned double bed bedroom, a shower/toilet, separate toilet and a playroom with table tennis and fitness equipment. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and a shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
