Hyvä hotelli ei ihan 5 tähteä
Aamupala oli monipuolinen. Kaikki paikat olivat siistejä. Henkilökunta olivat ystävällisiä. Ainoa pieni miinus oli että ikä alkaa hiukan näkyä eikö siksi voinut antaa 5 tähteä. Suosittelen kuitenkin hotellia pariskunnille ja lapsiperheille

Hotel quite ok, service 5 stars, hotel bit dated
Its a nice resort after all. We stayed in premium, great view, jacuzzi on the balcony etc. Main pool is crowded but luckily the beach is so close that you don't have to stay at the pool. Restaurants are ok, we tried 2 /3 and food was always good. One disappointing issue was the money back bonus program. We were asked to make a 10k bth deposit when checking in and the lady explained at the same time about the bonus program. I understood that the 10k deposit was for the program but when checking out we found out that accepting the program would had needed a other deposit of 10k and separate contract...and it was impossible to join at that phase. So we spent 15k in the hotel and with the bonus program we would had got more than 3k back but now we didn't. So pls make sure you join the program If you plan to use the pool bars and restaurants in the resort The main road goes right behind the hotel so it's noisy. You hear the cars & bikes roaring through the night no matter they tell you about noise isolation

Tasokas hotelli. Premium spa deluxe-huone:upea näkymä merelle parvekkeelta poreammeesta ja suoraan kingsize-sängystä. Hieno kylpyhuone. Tasokas uima-allasalue. Pääsee suoraan rauhalliselle rannalle uima-allasalueelta. Aamupala erinomainen ja valikoima oli laaja. Turvallinen. Hyvä palvelu. Siisti ympäristö.

Hotelli sijaitsi 15min kävelymatkan päästä Karonin palveluista ja osalla matkasta ei ollut pyörätietä.Itse hotelli oli kunnoltaan hyvä, mutta hintataso oli hotellissa erittäin kallis.Lisäksi rahaa yritettiin pyytää monesta palvelusta mm. Wifistä. Maksaminen respassa osoittautui hankalaksi kun käytössämme oli crebit/debut-kortti. Lasten uima-allas oli liukumäkeä lukuunottamatta virikkeetön.Lasten leikkihuone löytyi mutta siellä ei ollut ikinä ollut lapsia leikkimässä.Lisäksi sen henkilökunta keskityi istuskeluun. Ulkoa löytyi leikkipaikka lapsille, joka soveltuu hyvin alle 2,5vuotiaalle. Ravintolapalvelut olivat kalliita, mutta hyviä.

　全体的に古いですがそれは想定内です。ホテルの朝食もたくさん種類があり楽しめますが5泊しましたが変わり映えはほぼありません。フルーツを楽しみにしてましたが、個人的にマンゴーが1度も出なかったのが残念。(スーパーで買いましたが。)パンは美味しかったです。朝食の飲み物も案内されたりされなかったり、ムラがあります。種類も積極的に聞かないと、ほぼホットです。雰囲気はとても良いです。プールはとても広々していていいですが、今の時期は虫が沢山浮いてるので入るのに躊躇しました。他にアダルトプールがありそこは、とても静かで綺麗で誰もいないので滞在中は独り占めできました。素晴らしかったです。ただ、いろいろなリゾートホテルを利用してますがスタッフの挨拶が、してくれる方もいますが素通りだったりが多く残念でした。部屋に関しては、忘れてたのか最初のお掃除が夕方になっても来ず。備品は足りなければアプリで申し込むシステムだったみたいだけど、最初から最低限置いてあればよかったかな。トレペも水も。あとは、全体的に普通です。 　立地的には片道400バーツでジャンセイロンや市場に行けますしホテルにタクシーがいつも用意してあります。カロンビーチの街にも片道200バーツで行く事ができます。そこには激安マッサージやカフェなどもあり楽しめます。帰りはホテルが山の上にある為、山を周らず海沿いを歩くと15分弱でホテル前のビーチに着くのでジュースを飲みながら歩けなくはなかったです。途中、海の中に入るかもしれないので、膝下まで濡れていい格好がいいかもです。ちなみに、ナカマーケットまでタクシーでホテルから900バーツでした。帰りは700バーツ。

I really loved this place. It was walkable to Koron town so I didn’t have to keep wasting money on taxis every time I wanted to eat or shop. The resort itself was perfect. I have two boy and need a place that I could relax and they would had stuff to do.

A good 4 star hotel that is on the outdated. Nice beach and safe option. Fun pools for children. Beach club had good food. Nice bar tender and dining stuff. Front desk was okay. They made us feel pressured to leave at 10:30AM to get our bags when our check out time is 11:00. I said 10:50, they said 10:30. If the check out time is 10:30 when you want us out of the hotel please adjust your check out stance. Once we agreed to 10:30 am baggage pick up came 10:25 am… this is our vacation please don’t pressure us to exit the property. Otherwise everything else was good. A great beach and pool made it worth it. Thank you

We liked the kids activities and amenities. We did not like the lack of attention to detail. We asked for transportation to the airport at a certain time and they weren’t able to deliver. We missed our flight as a result. Definitively not 5 stars experience, but solid 4 stars.

God Hotel med mange facilititer
Vi havde en fantastisk oplevelse på vores familieferie på dette hotel. Renlighed er en af vores højeste prioriteringer, og vi var meget imponerede over, hvor godt hotellet blev vedligeholdt. Rengøringspersonalet gjorde en fremragende indsats for at holde alt rent og ryddeligt under vores ophold. Værelserne var rummelige og passede perfekt til vores familie på fem, med børn i alderen 11, 14 og 14 år. Beliggenheden var ideel, da hotellet ligger tæt på Karon Beach og Karon by med adskillige restauranter. Det var bekvemt at kunne gå til disse steder på bare 15 minutter, eller tage en hurtig tur med en tuktuk eller taxa for en rimelig pris. Stranden ligger lige ved siden af hotellet, og vandet var virkelig fantastisk. Desværre oplevede vi lidt udfordringer med en del maneter i vandet under vores ophold, hvilket gjorde svømning lidt vanskelig. Heldigvis havde hotellet et dygtigt animationshold, der var specielt gode til at underholde vores børn. Personalet på hotellet var ekstremt hjælpsomme og imødekommende under hele vores ophold. Vi blev behandlet med stor venlighed, og det var tydeligt, at de virkelig ønskede, at vi skulle have den bedst mulige ferieoplevelse. Maden på hotellet var ikke helt som det, vi er vant til fra Danmark, men det var stadig af god kvalitet, og prisen var rimelig for et femstjernet hotel. Jeg anbefalder at bestille morgnemad, da den var meget god. Det eneste minus ved hotellet var poolens bund, der var lavet af meget kræsende st

Great Location, and very friendly staff
I went with my wife, her parents and our 9 month old daughter in Jan 2023. The weather was 30 degrees and very sunny every day. Great location if you want a nice relaxing resort during the day, but then some lively options in the evening for a drink and food with Karon so close. The staff were extremely welcoming, and helpful. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets are incredible. I’ve read reviews that say “it’s full of Russians”. I found a mix of all nationalities and anyway I don’t have a problem with any nationality. The guests were all very nice and friendly. Main negative is lack of walking options into Karon, expensive to eat when it’s so much cheaper outside, and the room was a little dated for a 5 star resort. Staff: 10/10 - very friendly and welcoming, from check-in where they organised an early check-in, to the restaurant staff who were exceptionally friendly to our daughter and the lobby staff who were attentive and very helpful. Food: 7/10 - breakfast was ok, selection was good but inconsistent. Some items would be available one day but not available the next. A big annoyance was on a Sunday they did a brunch which we didn’t want, but it was the only option from the restaurant that day. The usual a la carte was not available. The club sandwich was nice and the spaghetti bolognaise was very good. Also good food options for my 9 month old, which they blended. We mainly had breakfast and lunch and dined outside in the evening. Location: 8/10 - very close to live

The resort and its grounds are great. However I was less than impressed with the food and beverage. Other guests I spoke with also complained about the breakfast and the quality of the pool side snacks.

This hotel is very good for families, it’s very clean and well maintained, food was good and activities for kids were good. However, it is quite far from the main Phuket City, if you just want to relax and enjoy at the resort it’s a good option but if you want to visit Phuket city and main areas then you’ll have to hire a taxi and it could get quite expensive if you end up doing few times since most attractions are at least half an hour away.

Loved staying here. The staff are amazing, we had the breakfast buffet every morning and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend getting a villa. The only negative point is the lax smoking regulations. It's hard to relax when other guests are smoking all around the pool and in outdoor eating areas. Would definitely go back.

Es ist ein wünderschönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Die Poolanlage sieht auch sehr schön aus mit direktem Strandzugang. Ich war 10 Tage da und hatte die schönsten, erholsamsten Ferien. Was ich nicht so gut fand, war das Hotel zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wenn man in die Ortschaft Karon spazieren möchte, muss man einen kleinen Teil am Strassenrand gehen ohne Bürgersteig. Ich hoffe dass da bald ein Fussweg gebaut wird, welches das Hotel noch attraktiver macht. Das Hotel würde ich sicher empfehlen und kann mir gut vorstellen wieder da Ferien zu machen.
