One of the best places to stay in Karon beach.
We stayed here for two weeks and had a great holiday in Phuket. We first booked the standard two bedroom suite, but upgraded to the sea view suite few days before arrival which we can recommend, the view was beautiful especially at sunset. The building towers above others in Karon beach so do ask for a suite as high as possible to get the best view, our suite was in the 15th floor. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful but not the best to ask about things to do or directions to places due to English proficiency. We had no complaints, but the breakfast box provided was what it said, a breakfast box, so we recommend to get breakfast supplies from a store and make your own breakfast, and wherever the boxes come from, they are stored at a desk in the lobby at outside temperature so if you sleep a bit longer, I’m not sure about the condition of the contents anymore. The kitchen equipmen is good enough to fry some eggs etc. and the fridge is large enough to hold pretty much anything you’d need for a good breakfast. Wouldn’t use it cook a dinner, but why would you as there is a vast selection of restaurants a minute walk from the hotel. The beach is also a couple minute walk from the hotel so the location is pretty much perfect. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and will come again.

Karonin ytimessä
Huoneistomme (kaksi makuuhuonetta) sijaitsi 9.kerroksessa. Huoneisto oli siisti, tilava ja avara, ja parvekkeita 3 kpl (ja kolme erilaista maisemaa, sillä jokainen sijaitsi eri huoneiston seinustalla). Hotelli&hotellialue oli rauhallinen. Kuitenkin lähellä sijaitsevien baarikatujen möly ja musiikki tulvi tiivistämättömien ikkunoiden ja parvekkeen liukuovien raoista makuuhuoneisiin (baarit hiljenevät n. klo 02). Sängyt olivat erityisen mukavat, peittoja ja tyynyjä oli ylimääräisiäkin saatavilla. Vieressä monia mini-marketteja, joista saa aamupalatarvikkeita, juomaa, snäksejä tms. sekä apteekkeja ja useita erilaisia ruokaravintoloita. Hotellialue ja uima-allasalue olivat siistissä kunnossa. Henkilökunta oli palvelualtista ja osasivat hyvin englantia. Hotellialueen portin vartijat tervehtivät aina pirteän iloisesti portista kuljettaessa. Hotellin siivouspalveluihin ei kuulu tiskaus, mutta keittiössä on tiskiharja/-sieni ja tiskiaine (hieman suuremmalla tippirahalla sai tiskauksenkin). Hotellilla ei ollut minkäänlaista huonepalvelua (eikä ravintolaa) eikä huoneistossa ollut hotellikirjaa josta olisi selvinnyt esim. pelihuoneen sijainti ja saako välineitä jostain lainaksi (pelihuone sijaitsi 2. kerroksessa).

Staff are friendly. The suite is very big and spacious. View is amazing from the suite. Condition of the hotel is not new but I would recomment it for the price.

Good apartment, walking distance to the beach, dinning, and activities. However glass doors rattled in windy days. Cooktop is very old and the hot warm off on mark no longer visible, guess had to guess the level of heat when cooking. We called the staff ang they could not help to identify heat level mark of the cooktop. As an apartment facility, it should have a coin oprerated laundry room and wine bottle cork opener for guests.

The staff was AMAZING; I want to give them a shout-out. However, The pool was not clean and dirty. It had a broken bar that wasn't operational. Couldn't access amenities to other parts of the resort. (Website said you could). The view was excellent, and the room was acceptable.

Crappy hotel
This hotel was probably a 2 start at best. The hotel was clean and that's about the only positive part of the hotel. The service was adequate to check you in to the room. We paid over $100 a night for a two bedroom suite. The sheets were stained and the hotel is next to a bar. The band played until the early hours of the morning. We couldn't sleep at all. We ended up booking two rooms at Chanalai Garden Resort for $130 and it's gorgeous. It has impeccable service, beautiful pool, swim up bar and great view of Kata beach. I would not recommend the Waterfront Suites Phuket unless you are desperate and can't find any other place to stay.

場所は最高なのですが。。。
場所は最高です。ビーチも買い物もとても便利で、大きなプールも非常によいです。 ただ、2ベッドルームに3泊したのですが、3泊だけにしてよかったと思いました。各部屋とリビングルームに２つエアコンがあるのですが、全部つけると停電します。これで1日に2回は受付に電話しました。スイッチを戻るだけで基本何もしてくれません。エアコンは非常に古いもので音がうるさく眠れませんでした。 そして8センチくらいあるどでかいゴキブリが。。。！これで一気にホテルへの印象が悪くなりました。 受付は愛想ないだけでなく英語がほとんどわかりません。なのでとても疲れます。姉妹リゾートはよくある普通の家族向けリゾートで、行ってプールを楽しむほどではないかと。。。 リビングルームもベッドルームも広々としていてゴキブリが出ず、停電しなければ大満足のホテルでしたが、この2点ですっかり悪い印象になってしまいました。

Great location but music from street a bit loud (ear plugs do help). Close to shops and beach and tuk tuk's available within 100 mtrs walk. Pool towels are supplied and nothing was ever to much trouble for the staff. Certainly would stay again.

Была в этом отеле первый раз с мамой и ребёнком 9 лет. Номер большой, просторный, достаточно уютный. Есть плита, микроволновка, хорошо работающий холодильник, вся необходимая посуда (кастрюли и сковородка в том числе). Кондиционер в каждой комнате, их две. В спальне большая двухместная кровать, по факту две рядом стоящие одноместные и застелили небольшой диванчик в гостиной. Что понравилось: Отель очень близко к морю, до пляжа минут 5 идти. Пляж отличный, чистый. В отеле дают пляжные полотенца и меняют их каждый день. Рядом много мест, где можно покушать или купить еду домой, магазин продуктовый рядом. Недалеко рынок. Всё пределах 10 мин ходьбы. Что не понравилось: Очень шумно вечером, музыка до часа ночи, заснуть с открытым балконом не возможно. Выспаться тяжело. Так как мы не спим под кондиционерами с закрытыми окнами, это стало самой большой проблемой для нас. В санузле стойкий запах канализации. В общем, впечатление от отеля не плохое. С персоналом не общались т.к. по английски плохо говорю, русского персонала в отеле нет. Уборку делали каждый день (меняли полотенце и мыли полы). Постельное бельё менялось очень странно. В спальне простыни и наволочки меняли каждый день, пододеяльник не меняли вообще, в гостиной постельное бельё поменяли только два раза За неделю, на следующий день после прибытия и за день до отъезда. Бассейн на территории чистый. Находится в тени, поэтому в жаркие часы там можно провести время.

The Waterfront Suites are ideally situated and have great views of the water and Karon. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was huge! The pool was great! The TV reception wasn’t good as with the wifi! The kitchen was in need of a renovation. We have just booked to go back in October!! Who wants to cook when on holidays anyway!! The fridge was good and the kettle worked, what more do you need!!!

Great apartment, great location. They kindly supplied water and breakfast (day 1). My only slight negative was that there was a power cut and we had to lug our luggage down 20 floors but other than that we had a a great stay. Pool very good as well.

Depends on your expectations
I have a mixed opinion about this "hotel." It is not a hotel but actually extra rooms that are owned by Centara but that are located in an actual building where the condos are owned by private residents. The view to the rooms are amazing. They are the best views in Phuket. However, it is so hot so you can't live on your balcony. The room itself is large, clean and basic. If you are looking for amazing views and don't mind a nothing special room, then this is perfect. The check in staff over charged us on purpose for shuttle service. They had a schedule with shuttle prices but charged us an extra 50 baht over price without an explanation. There is music from the bar on the street downstairs that you can hear in your room until about 1am. The rooms are big but if you have people in your part that can't sleep through alot of noise, this is not the place for you. I gave it three stars for the views but I expected a little bit more of a modern feel for the room.

Front staff were very helpful and friendly, the units were spacious and clean, location was ideal, and pool was a gorgeous quiet sanctuary!

В целом квартира или даже сказать жилой комплекс супер,чисто аккуратно,близко к морю и свой бассейн.большая просторная светлая квартира. Из минусов был плохой интернет ну наверное и все.жалко что нет в квартире стиральной машинки.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment... this place was seriously huge! You could comfortably sleep 6 people in there...The place was a little worn but overall we were really happy with both the apartment and its location is also great

Отдыхали с годовалым ребенком.Было вполне комфортно, особенно ребенку. 2-х спальный номер, 165 кв.м. Большие кровати, кухня с СВХ, чайником, плиткой. Есть ТВ с 2 рос.каналами. До пляжа 3 мин.пешком через дорогу. С др.стороны гостиницы магазины, кафе, ночной рынок Карон. Каждый день уборка, приносят воду в бутылочках. При заезде принесли бесплатно мин.набор продуктов + фрукты Интернет работает отлично, можно фильмы смотреть. Ещё есть большой бассейн с детскими зонами и бесплатная частная парковка. Из недостатков: номер требует хорошего ремонта и самый главный минус - это плохая звукоизоляция окон: часов с 19 до 3 ночи грохочет музыка от ближайших баров...Можно и под её ритмы уснуть, но все равно неприятно. А в целом отличное место. Можно смело приезжать...Даже с маленькими детьми.

Om Du vill ha eget stort boende rekommenderar vi detta. Magnifikt hus med fantastisk utsikt. Vi hade boende på 15:e våningen. Stor fin lägenhet som har allt man behöver. Bra städning och service. Frukost levererades en morgon trots att vi inte beställt. Fin oerhört välskött comunity. Centralt belägen mitt i Karon, nära till strand och kvällsaktiviteter, vad man än önskar. Hit återvänder vi!

넓고 깨끗한 방은 가족들이 편하게 쉬기 충분하였습니다. 가까운 곳에 좋은 레스토랑과 마사지, 마켓이 있어 지루하지 않았습니다. 단점으로는 수영장 관리가 잘 되지 않는 느낌이었고 밤에 라이브 펍이 많아 2시까지는 시끄럽습니다.

Loved this apartment
Highly recommend these apartments, the space is enormous and clean. Perfect for families. Can hear street noise at night but this adds to the atmosphere especially when the kids have gone to bed and you can enjoy a beverage on one of the many balconies, we had 3 in total. Staff were excellent, they even celebrated my husbands special birthday with a surprise cake. Perfect location and the views were magnificent

Huge suite, good location, noisy if on a low floor
We travelled here as a family as part of a multi-city/location break. We booked a 2 bedroom suite. We were located on the 4th floor with balconies on 3 sides. During the evening with being on a low floor, we had all the noise from the neighbouring bars and restaurants which went on until well after mid-night. The 2nd bedroom with 2 beds was very good. Air conditioning worked very well and bathroom was huge (bath and shower). 2nd bedroom was huge - very good size. The master bedroom was much smaller. The air conditioning did not work and would freeze then defrost water all over the floor. The bathroom was small with shower only and really smelt (drain smells). We ended up blocking the plug hole with tissue to try and block the smell which worked. On arrival, there was a welcome basket made up of various fruit, bread, butter and jam with bottled water, milk and juice. This was unexpected and a very nice touch. The overall living area with dinner table for 6, cooking area and sofa area with TV was a very good size, very roomy. The pool was very clean and was suitable for young children (shallow end cordoned off). There was a games room which we did not use and tennis courts. There is no restaurant here of ability to get drinks/snacks by the pool. You have to travel to another Centra hotel which has 3 pools and you can order snacks/food. The beach was only 5 mins (less) from the hotel. The actual location of the hotel is in a gated spot fairly secure.
