”Good quality hotel. Rooms are spacious. Big & comfortable bed. $30 buffet breakfast from 6.30 - 10.30 am was good value. Also a small cafe in that area to purchase hot drinks from 6.30 am if not having the breakfast. A bar & sizeable seating area near the lobby looked relaxing Easy parking next door for $10 a night. Reasonable location a few minutes walk from City Park, Boags Brewery & historic early 19th century buildings Further down Cameron street etc. Note the hotel does not have a gym....

”Very nice hotel, great amenities, room was very nice with a nice view. Was there for a wedding and food was very nice. In the morning- the cafe was short staff and the queue was very long just for a coffee so we went off somewhere else. In general- great location and accommodation ”

”good stay for the price. They work till late on many days - that was a plus so easy to check in. Lots of parking. Lots of places to eat at around the area and they give you a discount if you order food downstairs at their bar and give you a free drink voucher - was good. Overall the facilities were well maintained. I didnt hear any noises, no bad smell or anything like that. The only issue was that my window were looking at their A/Cs which would make some noise but was acceptable if the windows...

”I cannot understand the 4 stars rating on Expedia (it’s rather a 2*: converted house with a few rooms to rent). The cleanliness is inconsistent. The good: very clean bedsheets and towels, no smell. Low price. Parking included. The bad: ingrained dust in the bathroom ledge of tiles, sticky grime on power switches, fridge door, doors and night tables. Basically on everything people normally touch. The bathroom is small, with a minuscule sink. I would never recommend it to anyone.”
