”First off housekeeping has to take a course in cleaning they do not know how to clean well I had a complaint about the commode underneath to come out it was so dirty that it was not done in a week or so they did not clean the stands where the lamp also there were watermarks from previous renters old furniture where I was at I was on the third floor maybe and makes a difference on what floor you're on I was on the I was on the third floor but housekeeping has to do a better job and I need because...

”We got locked out of our room and they didn't have maintenance and us being locked out of the room for the night was actually an option for them. they were completely willing to let us be locked out of our room all night. they actually said we're sorry there's nothing we can do there's no name that's here. My first experience it was hotel was terrible and i gave them a second shot and the second time was even worse i probably won't say here again”

”Its good place to stay if u are going to see different places in sebu. We was 3 days and that was enough cos near hotel is quite poor. No Clubs, Malls enything. But nice place! Big gym, good food, nice staff and nice pool!”

”*sigh* such a lovely establishement brought down by staff lacking service skills bordering to rude. Ah well, still a great room and comfortable bed. Area around is somewhat empty though, but not an issue aince you easily book a grab wherever. Couldn't bare to stay for another night, so only one night here so maybe the staff were just having a bad day, all of them all at once 😂”
