”Otherwise great stay but the sustainability matters could be improved especially in the breakfast. There is in use plastic utensils and cups which are non-comfortable and pollute the environment. Just our family breakfast produced bag load of trash. Bring in glasses, silverware and such. ”

”DID NOT HAVE A BATH TUB. EVERY TIME A TOILET SEAT DROPPED IN THE FLOOR ABOVE, IT SOUNDED LIKE A FREIGHT TRAIN CRASH. COULD NOT GET THE KEURIG COFFEE MAKER TO TURN ON.
TRIED THE POOL, IT WAS EXTREMELY COLD. SO NO GLOWING REVIEWS FROM US.”

”This property is beautiful! Our room had 2 queen beds and a lovely balcony that we sat on every night and morning. The edge of the property has an amazing view down the Columbia River. Staff was very friendly and the rooms had everything you could ask for. The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. This hotel shows definite pride of ownership! Additionally, it is 2 minutes to downtown! I don’t typically take time to write reviews but felt this hotel deserved my highest rating! 👍😎”

”The property was beautiful, the accommodations were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We had an amazing breakfast outside at picnic table with friends. Kim at the Front Desk was very helpful and friendly!”

”Rooms have a good view. My AC unit did not work, so the room was exceptionally hot all night. The road noise makes it so you can’t leave the window open.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast is not great, but good for getting you back on the road quickly.
No AC in the summertime is a major inconvenience.
Good staff, but hotel needs maintenance.”

”Everything was great! The proximity to downtown and CWU (walkable), check in, staff, rooms (albeit cozy) - except for the bath towels are super small and thin like for a super budget motel. There is a nice lobby for gathering with a small store and a full bar (next time we will try that - it looked vibrant). Opt for the free parking lot if you can. We will definitely be back!”
