”The location was quiet and convenient both for walking to eateries in town, and short drive out to The Enchantments. It was clean and had everything needed for beds, towels and basic kitchen supplies. Note there is only a window air conditioner in one bedroom upstairs. We weren’t there in a heat wave, and open windows and fans were adequate. ”

”Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. ”

”We never got to stay at the hotel. They called us in the way there and cancelled our weekend due to a ‘ room emergency’. Then we began a nightmare of calls trying to get our refund being bounced between Expedia who told us to call VBRO who would promptly tell us to call Expedia. What a nightmare! I’m still waiting for the hotel GM to return my calls. ”

”Loved everything. The only comment I would have would be to have magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms for ladies to do makeup.”

”Great staff, very helpful. Small menu in the restaurant. Used to be much larger. When you pay 18% for a resort fee and then have to leave to get to a steak, chicken or fish entree is unacceptable. ”
