”Perfect small cabin for a relaxing getaway. Cabin is well kept and perfectly equipped. Sitting in a rocking chair on the deck and watching the river go by was a little slice of heaven. This is my second time visiting, and there will be more.”

”We stayed 5 nights over Memorial Day weekend to visit our son. This place was a great find. The views are amazing. We watched local wildlife every night, close up and personal. The veterans memorial park across the road was a nice visit. Thank you John, for all the extra touches in the kitchen and bathroom. We’ll be back. ”

”We visited for 4 days and stayed a 5th day so we could get another day of skiing in. We were comfortable, the place was heated, warm, cozy and away from everything which is what we wanted. There’s a store in town (Reeds) where you can grab groceries, Redding is a half hour away, Shasta 1.5 hours. Peace, quiet, Serenity, good for the kids to run around. Plenty of firewood for the old school stove. Beds cozy. Office nearby. Hottub wasn’t overchlorinated which was nice. They should make it lighter...

”More than I ever would have expected. Beautiful setting. Lovely cottage with all the amenities. Walk right out the front door into beautiful wooded areas and nearby stream and waterfall. Folks were friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I hope to return someday soon. ”
