”We absolutely loved our stay at Bigfoot Lodging Cottage #2 It’s a very authentic cabin in the woods experience. The original vintage wood interior and squeaky wood floors added a lot to the ambiance. Plenty of outdoor space for grilling steaks or making campfire s’mores. ” I decided not to do pets. Ski access fine. Was able to get to main road Tuesday morning. Someone had been through. The heater was great this time. Recall it was not so great last stay, but the stove was fun when I got the wood. The hot tub I never figured out. Seemed like it heated a bit on Sunday, not a bit on Monday. Maybe I just don't know the controls. I will probably book again?”

”We visited for 4 days and stayed a 5th day so we could get another day of skiing in. We were comfortable, the place was heated, warm, cozy and away from everything which is what we wanted. There’s a store in town (Reeds) where you can grab groceries, Redding is a half hour away, Shasta 1.5 hours. Peace, quiet, Serenity, good for the kids to run around. Plenty of firewood for the old school stove. Beds cozy. Office nearby. Hottub wasn’t overchlorinated which was nice. They should make it lighter...

”This place was absolutely amazing! Very clean, cute and perfect for my husband and I to celebrate his birthday weekend! We could have brought our two small dogs, the backyard is fully fenced and private. The hot tub was so relaxing!! The location is great, it was so close to town we could walk almost everywhere we wanted the entire weekend! We will definitely come back, it was one of our best trips yet to Leavenworth!! ”
