The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, all finished with beautiful and modern furnishings throughout.

On the ground floor, a generously proportioned living and dining room of 120 m2 welcomes you with a panoramic window and a flat screen satellite TV. Direct access leads from this space to the terrace and to the swimming pool. An open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. A shower room and a separate WC complete the ground floor layout.

The upper floor hosts all 4 bedrooms, each featuring a panoramic window and its own private bathroom. 2 of these rooms are each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each includes a shower with WC and a flat screen satellite TV, as well as direct access to the terrace. A third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and similarly offers a shower with WC, a flat screen satellite TV, and access to the terrace. The fourth bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a bath with WC, a double hand-basin, a flat screen satellite TV, and its own exit to the terrace.
