A guest toilet adds day-long convenience. Also on this level is a king-bed bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, ideal for guests who prefer step-free access and immediate connection to outdoor spaces.

Upstairs, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom enjoys elevated privacy and vineyard-to-sea views. Two additional twin bedrooms convert easily into doubles and share a modern family bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned for summer comfort. The panoramic balcony upstairs opens to sweeping views across the vineyard, coastline, distant islands, and the skyline near Split.
