This villa is located on the edge of the village of Babici, not far from the village of Kastelir in the centre of Istria, on a small hill from which you have a wonderful panoramic view of Kastelir, the wooded hills and the sea. The holiday resort of Lanterna with its beach, sports and entertainment facilities is only 10 minutes away by car. Guests are offered a variety of culinary experiences in the various taverns in the area, as well as various wine cellars, shops, cafés and many cycling and hiking trails. Villa Elizabet was built in 2015 and is situated on a plot of approx. 950 m2 with a well-tended lawn. Guests have access to a 32 m2 outdoor saltwater pool with sun loungers, a large covered terrace with garden furniture and several parking spaces. There are also play facilities for the little ones, such as a trampoline and children's slide, as well as several bicycles. The holiday home offers 210 m² of living space on two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a cosy living room with fireplace and direct access to the outside area, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony with wonderful views, a twin bedroom and a bathroom in the hallway. The house has a free WI-FI connection and air conditioning included in the price.
