On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, as well as an exit leading to the veranda. There are three bedrooms on this level: one with a French bed (140 cm x 200 cm), another with a standard bed (90 cm x 200 cm), and a third room featuring a French bed (180 cm x 200 cm). The open kitchen on the ground floor is well-equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a freezer. Additionally, there is a shower/WC and a separate WC on this level.

On the upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find another living/dining room with sloping ceilings, satellite TV, and air conditioning, as well as an exit leading to a balcony. This level also houses two bedrooms with sloping ceilings: one with a French bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and another with two standard beds (90 cm x 200 cm). The open kitchen on the upper floor features four hot plates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, with an exit leading to the balcony and terrace. There is also a bath/WC with a corner bath on this level.
