”Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again.”

”Lovely family run hotel. We enjoyed the food which was freshly made and locally sourced (most of the ingredients home grown!) The pool area was really nice and very quiet, even in peak season, and the small beach which was a short walk away was perfect. Car hire from the hotel was a really plus too. Would definitely recommend to people wanting a quieter stay in Zakynthos. ”

”I stayed up on one of the second floor apartments for 8 nights. I was met by the fabulous host Tenia who showed me round the well appointed apartment and explained all I needed to know about it. The kitchen / diner is well equipped, the bed is very comfortable and there is a large balcony with comfortable chairs to enjoy the sea view. The apartment block is nicely set in large well kept grounds and is only a couple of minutes walk down to the beach. There's a good choice of shops, restaurants...

”Such a lovely and clean place to stay, staff are friendly and very helpful nothing is to much trouble for them. About 10mins from the beach at a leisurely pace or 5mins if you walk quickly. Super market is next door which stocks a good range of products and reasonably priced.”
