Absolutely fantastic.

We stayed here for 31/2 weeks in July and it was fantastic. Prior to arrival communication was excellent and Demi was very helpful & nothing was too much trouble. The photos of the Villa and Gardens don’t do it justice.This is probably the cleanest Villa we have ever stayed at. The location to Kathikas village is perfect, it’s a 5-10 minute stroll to get to Tavernas & Restaurants which are very reasonably priced & the traditional Cypriot food is delicious. I would definitely recommend this Villa.

Great Villa

Great Villa and within easy walking distance to Kathikas Village. Lovely private space to enjoy relaxing in the sunshine and by the pool. Maria and Demi on hand if we needed anything. Very clean and clutter free with plenty of space - and a perfect starter pack of provisions which was really helpful. Thank you, we’ll hopefully be back.

Beautiful villa in a lovely scenic location

The Villa was beautifully furnished & well equipped for everything during our stay. There was a lovely welcome pack when we got to the Villa which was much appreciated as we arrived late at night. The Villa is situated in a lovely scenic location & very peaceful & close to the village which serves great traditional meals.Demi and her mum Maria were wonderful , very welcoming & ensured we had everything we could need. We will be definitely be looking at booking the villa again in the future.

Great choice

We had great time. Villa is perfect for a family holidays. Everything you need was available. You will need a car as villa is located about 15-20 minutes drive to the beach. Easy communication with the owner.

Beautiful quiet scenic authentic

Just had 10 days in this lovely villa , from booking to arrival everything was perfect. Demi replied to any questions quickly and Maria was on hand during our whole stay if needed. The villa is a great size with a lovely pool and garden area set in the gorgeous village with a handful of tavernas , a small shop and gin bar (hubby loved it and they showed the football). Yannis taverna was by far the best and cheapest for food. It got very busy at the weekend so suggest you book. We hired a car which was a must for venturing to the larger shops and coral bay only 15 min drive . If you’re looking for a lovely villa stay in a quiet village all within walking distance (5 mins up a small incline but nothing major) then this is a must . We will be back that’s for sure , just wish we could have stayed longer . Thankyou Demi and Maria ( restaurant reviews will be on trip adviser )

Beautiful Stay

Just back from 10 lovely days in this villa, we couldn’t fault it. Demi and Maria were a great help and the welcome pack was much appreciated. The pool area is lovely. You do need a car to get around but you can walk to the beautiful village within 5 minutes where there are lovely bars and tavernas.

Lovely villa 😍

Always a pleasure to deal with Demi and Maria. Thank you for the welcome pack of food which got us started with the essentials. The villa had everything we needed and the sky TV channels available were a welcome addition. We had a lovely relaxing break, so peaceful in the mountains, taking in the breathtaking views over Paphos’ coastline. No creepy crawlies due to there being no humidity in the mountains so also no mosquitoes! Bonus. The nearby village (Kathikas) is full of friendly people and some great authentic restaurants to choose from. Short drive to Coral Bay with a great beach. There are also bars and restaurants there too. Will definitely return for a 3rd visit! Nici & Nick x x

The beautiful village of Kathikas

We had a great stay in Kathikas and would highly recommend the area. Demi and Maria were outstanding hosts and when we extended for 2 weeks they helped us sort out a move. Nothing was any bother and any queries dealt with promptly and professionally. The village is gorgeous with many fantastic restaurants and the people incredibly friendly. We are hoping to buy a place nearby and will definitely pop by to say hello to Demi and Maria! Thank you both for a lovely stay!

Fantastic villa

We have just returned from a two week stay , the villa was very clean and spacious and had everything you need for a great stay . We are a party of 6 , 3 adults and 3 children , the kids loved the pool which was very clean and well kept. Demi was most helpful and even organised our transfer from the airport which was excellent . The villa is a 5 minute walk in to Kathikas which has some great tavernas and restaurants the Farm Yard been our favourite . We hired a car mid way through our holiday to explore some of the island which was great , it was our first visit to Cyprus and we loved it. The day we came home we had a late flight and we were only collected from the villa at 7pm Demi’s mum let us stay at the villa until we were collected this made a very big difference to our last day and was a very kind gesture as they did not charge us anything for the extra day. If you want a nice spacious villa with some excellent places to eat in your door step then I can recommend this villa . Thank you Demi we have some lovely memories of our stay .

Lovely villa in charming village

Enjoyed our stay very much in this lovely villa. Perfect for having a really chilled out time. Nice views & so peaceful. Lovely village of Kathikas with some really good restaurants such as Imogen's, Farmyard & Petradaki. Demi the owner lived just a couple of villa's away and was always available if there were any problems which there wasn't. The perfect host. If we ever come back to Cyprus then this is where we would stay again !
