Executive Summary of this Condo:

1. It is not far from Patong beach and quiet area to enjoy your good sleep at night.
2. Top quality of mattress (owner selection choice) for your nice sleeping comfort.
3. Worktation with office armed chair plus private Super Fast Fiber Optic WIFI with Lan wire. All travelers were happy with WIFI privately used for this apartment so far.
4. Smart TV with 55 inches to enjoy your Netflix and Youtube.
5. 2 air cons, one in living room and 2nd air con in bedroom (brand new) so you can enjoy very cool sleep in the apartment.
6. Free car or motorbike parking in the building or near allocated parking lot, but please contact host for parking sticker before parking (a deposit of Thb500 for motorbike and Thb1000 for car will be collected, to be refunded upon the return of the sticker. If you loss it, it is not easy to redo it, we have to file a police report to redo the sticker).

It is one bedroom with open view from bedroom window facing the mountain view and city view (see photo for the balcony photo) and fresh air once you open the window. Free private fast Optic Fiber WIFI, private washing machine, (within the apartment), microwave, stove, hood, refrigerator, kitchen ware, utensils. You may have to walk through local residents, so please do understand their living style. They are Lotus and Super Cheap supermarket opposite the main entrance.

There is free car park near the building, you are not allowed to park your motorbike or car in the building/compound, as it is required car parking stricker, so to avoid locking the wheel by the building staff with penalty of Thb500, please do ask for sticker from the host. This Is A Must To Do.

It is strongly recommended to rent motor bike or car for staying at this apartment so you all can explode the Phuket city well.

What are not provided in this apartment:
1. We do not provide daily cleaning but you can ask for this service at Thb800, which is included deep cleaning plus change of all linens and towels. We do not change towels either on daily or weekly, so you must be happy to wash it with the washer (laundry room at the building with dryer) during your stay.
2. We do not provide any breakfast, you can do simple cooking for your own breakfast with eggs, hams and breads.
3. We do not refill the tissue papers, water bottles, detergents and other stuff, we would recommend you to buy it from supermarket to refill upto your requirements during your stay, as we dont have staff staying in this building.

Free Gym, swimming pool and free wifi in apartment. There is nice laundry room for your convenient. We also have washing machine at the apartment.

Keep in mind about the penalty of motorbike or car park without borrowing the sticker from the Host. Do not complain, if your vehicle is locked and must pay penalty fee to the building staff. I have heard from previous guests the building staff is very rude when chasing for payment of penalty. Avoid her by getting the right sticker attached to your vehicle from the Host.
